Data Scientist, Machine Learning, Consultant, Audit, Analytics, Python, R, Azure, SQL, Power BI, Cloud - Consulting, London - Permanent - Up to £55,000 Base + Cash Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

My client, a leading UK Consultancy are seeking a Junior Data Science/Machine Learning professional to join their Audit and Assurance consulting arm in one of their UK regional offices on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a rapidly expanding and challenging business, responsible for delivery across a range of audit and assurance analytics offerings, providing data science and analytics services to deliver insights to clients with the use of Python, DataBricks, R, SQL and Power BI. You will also be involved in the revision of internal and third party data science and cloud solutions, developing and delivering new and innovative Data Science and Machine Learning tools and solutions in order to evolve the audit and assurance business line.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to some of the following:

• Proven Python experience
• Excellent understanding of mathematical principles behind machine learning tools
• Proven experience using and deploying machine learning algorithms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• End to end data science project experience (data wrangling, feature engineering, model validation etc)
• Experience with cloud environments
• Experience using Azure Databricks, Azure MLflow, Azure ML services and/or other ML services.
