They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on residential projects across the North West. Projects will be valued at up to 30m.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Cost control and value management strategies.
• Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
• Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
• Manage cash flow.
• Manage subcontractor payments.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues.
• Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
