Role Overview
Join a leading global financial institution as a Research Analyst within our Investment Analytics team. This position focuses on managing advisory payment analytics and client relationship data, supporting our firm's strategic client engagement initiatives.

Core Responsibilities- Manage and monitor shared communication channels for client inquiries and internal stakeholder requests
- Analyze and maintain comprehensive records of unbundled advisory agreements, ensuring accurate and timely data management
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Research Sales teams (across equity, rates, credit, commodities, and FX), Revenue Management, and Relationship Managers to resolve complex client queries
- Work collaboratively with global research colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery
- Serve as an operational point of contact for institutional clients, addressing queries related to data collection and advisory services
- Prepare and customize client documentation, including standard research agreement templates
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong analytical background with experience in financial services or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
- Experience with client relationship management systems
- Understanding of investment research products and capital markets (preferred)
- Proven track record of managing complex analytical projects
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
Technical Skills
- Strong quantitative analysis capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Knowledge of financial markets and research products
- Familiarity with CRM systems and databases
