Your new companyA dynamic and growing tech company is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join their team as the Chief Accountant for their holding company and newly established subsidiary in the UK.
Your new role

Oversee financial reporting, accounting, tax, and payroll matters.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities.

Supervise the accountant responsible for the USA and Canada operations.

Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, tax compliance, and payroll processing.

Establish and manage accounting processes for a new operating company.

Provide leadership and guidance to team members.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

What you'll need to succeed

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic
