We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyorto join a top tier contractor, based on a 10 year refurbishment contract in Plymouth.

Your day to day will include:

• Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts.
• Preparation of monthly cost/value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
• Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
• Physical measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors
• Agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts - monitoring of such accounts against forecasts. Ensure cash flow is maximised including ensuring payments are received on time.

Who are we looking for?

• Must be educated to degree level
• Must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a large contractor
• Must have confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
• You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
• Must be able gain Security Clearance
