Location: UK Based

• Driving and delivering on all transformation initiatives within group risk (this person will not be from a risk background)
• Extensive change management professional focussing on delivery
• Execute plan for delivery
• Make sure operations and financial management of group risk are efficient
• Manage and set strong cost targets
• Make sure operating model is fit for purpose
• Likely be a COO, Chief of staff, Senior Programme Director
