Job Title: Technical Administrator

Location: Berkshire

Salary: 25k- 27k

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 (Hybrid working)

Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks, making specification templates, organising supplier performance reviews and observing nutritional data.
• Handle non-conformance in product data, investigate and resolve customer complaints taking guidance from superiors.
• Support the development of the QMS, contributing to completing reports efficiently and correctly.
• Ensure compliance with all product information/data.

The Candidate:

• Food science/tech degree or equivalent high education
• Must have worked with spreadsheets (pivot tables, v-lookups), strong IT skills and data analytical skills.
• Be a good problem solver, able to use own initiative and be able to find best way to do something.
