This summer we arerecruiting cover Secondary Teachers to join our pool of casual staff, providingcover for both planned and unplanned staffing gaps in Somerset secondaryschools across various subject specialisms. This is an excellent opportunity ifyou are an NQT looking to get some more experience, or you are seeking moreflexible working arrangements.

We are seeking cover teachers for all subject specialisms You will be provided with lessons and resources to teach, although you need to be flexible and adaptable You will get paid every week Access to a bank of online learning You will be covering short, medium and long-term absences as required sometimes at short notice There will only be lesson preparation and marking if appropriate to the role - agreed prior Work 20 days and receive £350 in shopping vouchers. Hold a QTS qualification Have previous experience as a teacher Are committed to quality education and being a truly excellent teacher Are passionate about teaching and learning Can teach a range of engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve student attainment Are flexible and have the ability to work, on a casual basis, when work is available #
