Multi skilled tradesman/woman required to join our busy local team covering all aspects of property maintenance - immediate start for the right applicant.

• Must have basic knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and willing to use own initiative.
• Lone working is requites on many of our projects, therefore being able to drive is essential.
• Clean, tidy and methodical ethos to work and good customer service is also a requirement.

• Full-time, permanent position offered
• Salary Dependent on experience
• Company vehicle provided
• 8 hour shift Monday - Friday
  

Applicant would preferably have at least 2 years experience within the building/construction industry and hold a full driving license.
