Walker & Sloan is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a PLC house builder for a project in Didcot. This is a key role in managing the build process for residential developments, ensuring that work is completed to high standards and on schedule.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the site, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Experience in residential construction is required.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to 75,000 plus a comprehensive package, including car allowance and pension.
