Your new school: Located on the outskirts of Nailsea, this small village school values its strong community ties. Your new role: As a member of the team, you will be expected to provide a supportive and welcoming learning environment in the classroom. You will play a significant role in the ongoing development of all areas of the children's education and put assessment techniques into practice in line with the school's ethos and principles. Ideally, you would also be willing to engage in extracurricular activities such as school plays, helping to enrich the students' overall experience.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
- Teaching Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience teaching at the primary school level
- Classroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.
- Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.
