Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting for Tenancy Sustainment Officer/Floating Support Worker's on a temporary ongoing basis to work in the Stoke on Trent area between a number of schemes.

Your new role
Your new job as Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be having your own caseload of customers who have complex needs including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, possible history of offending etc and working closely with these individuals to promote independent living and help them achieve and sustain tenancies. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, signposting to services, liaising with other bodies, providing general housing and benefit advice/support and ensuring full and accurate case notes are kept for individuals.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you must have proven experience in a similar role working with a similar customer group. In addition, as the role is a mobile position you will need a full Driving License.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a temporary full time post (positions available working Monday - Friday in addition to roles which include evening and weekend work) with a competitive rate of pay.
