Do you have change management experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Amsterdam? Brookwood Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Change Manager, and the role comes with an attractive hourly rate.

As a Change Manager, you will plan and implement tailored change plans to encourage successful change adoption for the complex initiatives they manage. You will also manage increasing complexity, including conflicting priorities, ambiguity, challenging stakeholders, scope changes, and complex and/or slow decision-making.

In your first few weeks in this Change Manager role, you can expect to:

• Design and implement highly effective change strategies that drive successful change outcomes
• Gain buy-in to change plans and strategy from senior leaders
• Act as a Departmental Change Business Partner to initiative sponsors and owners
• Develop and implement new ideas and improvements for change management practices and activities that are tailored to audience needs
• Identify KPIs and metrics to track the success of change strategy and plan.

To apply for this Change Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Proven track record in change management with a range of different methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with large-scale organizational transformation & change efforts.
• Proven ability to independently lead multiple change initiatives end to end.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on collaboration, building relationships within diverse teams, across organization and outside.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to influence and partner with leadership and senior management.
• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional business understanding; independently using data to drive decision-making and lead by example.
• Ability to break up highly complex problems into actionable and easy to understand solutions.
• Analytical skilled and mastering data handling, able to tell a clear story with data/insights.
• Think holistically and be able to articulate long term vision for the craft and for the department strategy.
• Effectively communicate to large (upward) audiences, strong influencer in groups.
• Able to function well within ambiguity and in a constantly changing environment
