Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge, embracing the DevOps way of working, and taking ownership.

• Solve complex problems through innovative thinking.

• Be open to developing yourself and learning new things.

• Act as a partner for business, development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.

• Translate business and customer requirements into detailed backlog items, including test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Participate in functional testing of the delivered solution.

Your Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of treasury trading processes and interest rate products.

• Familiar with business analysis methods, best practices, and IT architectures.

• Proficient in data analysis using tools like Microsoft and SQL.

• Familiar with modern technologies such as microservices, REST API, and cloud computing.

• Experience in tools such as Azure DevOps and Splunk monitoring is a plus.

• Experience in writing test scenarios following the BDD method.

• Skilled in stakeholder management.

• Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
